Books
Since my first career was that of an English teacher, I can never stress enough the value of strong research as you prepare for any new venture.  This is no less important in party planning and decorating than in preparing for a mathematical project. I just happen to think it’s a lot more fun!

Below is a list of just a few of the books that I have found helpful in my party preparations. You don’t have to buy these books in order to enjoy them. Most of them are available through your public library systems. Enjoy the great pictures and ideas!
